Had a great birthday, shopping and food.

The tree is up

We spent our Sunday afternoon listening to Christmas music and putting up the tree. That along with the snow, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Last Sunday

Jeremy and I watched Liam on Sunday. He is such a good baby.
He watched TV with Jer.

Smiled...

And was too cute in general.

Oh, the little outfit was from Aunt Nee.

Thanksgiving

We had a great thanksgiving! Great food and even better company.
Suzie & Andy

Jacob, Loreli, Joe

Rodney and Roxanne joined us as well.

Oh, and little Liam had a feast in a bottle.

Would have only been better if mom was with us to make the gravy.

Today in Cincy

We started our morning at the Newport Aquarium. It was great.

Back across the bridge.

And over to the Museum Center at Union Terminal. Or as we like to call it, the Hall of Justice.

The displays were better than I remembered. We walked thru a cavern, a glacier, and the streets of Cincy in the year of 1862. You really have to see it!

Oh, and there was an entire mini Cincy with working trains, trollies, and inclines, oh my.

Last night in Cincy

Jer and I headed out for dinner at 7:20. Palominos was a block away from the hotel.
We had a wonderful window seat that over looked Fountain square. Dinner was great. We had so time before the show so we took a carriage ride around cincy. Sooo romantic.

This is us in the carriage.

Then we went for a walk thru the square.

Us infront of the fountain.

Tosh was awesome! Show ended at 12:30am, we were so happy to have a hotel room. No long drive home.

Cincinnati today

We started our morning at Krohns conservatory.

Then we went to the art museum, where we draw our own portraits.

Rookwood for lunch. The restaraunt use to be a pottery factory. The curved walls were kilns.

Off to the zoo after that.
Tonight, dinner at Palominos and then the Tosh show.

Trick or Treat

While Jer handed out candy, Jenny, Shane and I walked around the neighborhood with Star. She was the best witch I've seen this year.

Here she is with a broom I made for her this afternoon.

Here is a close-up.

Happy Halloween!

Today in Pittsburgh

We were up early this morning. First thing on the list was The Incline. Jer was a bit scared driving up the hill side. So was I.
View from the Incline deck.

Jer driving scared! :0

Next was the Warhol Museum. It was great. There is a room with large silver balloons! Can you find me?

Then we went to the National Aviary. It was like being in a large bird cage. The birds were flying around your head, and you had to watch out for poop.

Last was the Mattress Factory Art Museum. Very nice collection.
This is a picture of Jer and I in an installation piece. It was a room of mirrors with glow in the dark dots on the floor.

We had a wonderful time. It was great to get away.

Hanging in Pittsburgh

Quick weekend trip to Pittsburgh.

First stop was the Phipps Botanical Garden. There were many glass works thru out the garden. These little guys were too cute.

Jer as a gargoyle. :)

Second stop was the Carnegie Natural History and Art Museum.

The theme of the day seemed to be dragons, so I thought this was appropriate.

Last stop of the day, dinner at Church Brew Works. Yep, beer in a Church!

Cheers everyone.

Trip to Yellow Springs

Today was a beautiful fall day. Jeremy had a great idea to go out to Yellow Springs with Star, Amanda, and Jenny.

Here are to girls at the head of the trail.

Jer and Star hand and hand.

Star at the falls.

The tree hugger!

The girls next to the scary sleepy hollow tree.

After the hike, Jer treated us to dinner at the Tavern and a trip to the pumkin patch.

Had a wonderful day. Love you all.
