Yesterday in Columbus

Yesterday morning started out nice and slow. I ran, then we took our time with breakfast before we left New Albany.

First stop, the Franklin Conservatory.

Lots of butterflies in the butterfly house.

And sculpture throughout the gardens. 

Lunch at a local brewery, Elevator.

And the afternoon in the Art museum.

Another great day away.

So this is my year to stay in the same hotel as the bands that we go to see. First Madonna now PM!

 

We thought the band might be staying in our hotel when we checked in this afternoon and saw a tour bus.

It was confirmed this evening when we walked in with the band after the show!

Loving this year so far!

The band was amazing and I was on stage at one point :)

Vacation weekend -day 1

Jeremy and I are taking a long weekend off. We drove to New Albany this afternoon.

First we went to the Inniswoods metro park. Amazing gardens.

Then dinner at Hudson 29. A great place if you are in the area. 

Now we are at the concert.

McCoy art center. Great venue! Waiting for the band to start.
