Morning run

Jer and I woke early to drive downtown. The temperature was 17degrees. Jer took photos at Carillon Park, while I ran along the river and thru town. It was a great way to start our day.

Vine and Canvas 2015

Jer and I signed up for the next series of Vine and Canvas.
Tonight was Deco.

We started with the Chloe Pinot Grigio.
Yum! Love the Tiffany look on the label.

The tour ended with the railing by Hamilton Dixon. He incorporated his snake into the railing. Love it!

There is a light lite snow falling and the city is all lit up!

Can't wait until next month!
Cheers

Sunday school at Metropole

Jer and I drove to Cincy to take a class on how to make bitters.
A great way to get rid of hiccups and flavor drinks without without adding sugar or more alcohol.

Our teacher is our favorite bartender at Metropole, Catherine.

We will be making our own soon.

cheers

The last day of 2014

December 31, 2014 started off with a nip in the air. We didn't let that stop us from going for a hike. We bundled up and headed out to Glenn Helen.

Steam over the yellow spring.

After the hike we went to the Winds for a bit to eat.
Later in the day after cleaning up we drove to Cincy. We sang 80's tunes to whole way.

Staying at 21C with the penguins.

Our last concert of the year, the Cincy Pops with Storm Large. Great way to end the year.

We had a late night dinner at Metropole. It came complete with party favors.

We rang in the new year before retiring to our room.
Happy New Year!
I hope 2014 was all that it could be and that your 2015 is even better.
