Never going back to Kroger

Today I decided to go to Whole Foods instead of Kroger. I'm never going back to Kroger! 

First, they had everything I needed, including spaghetti squash. 

Second, they had live jazz music! 

And a full bar.

The band is in the back and to the left. You could hear the music thru the whole store. 

Can't wait to shop next week. :)

Easy like Sunday morning

This morning we drove out to Huffman Prairie. There are many species of wild flowers and birds here that are not in other ares of Ohio. 

It started out cloudy. That was ok with me, kept it from getting too hot while I ran. Met up with Jeremy afterwards, he was taking pics of the birds.

We were there for hours. Such a pretty place to visit.

Signatures

We stood in line and got the bands signatures. 

The bands new album is Get Happy. So, China and the band were asking about my happy tattoo from the color run. :) I was chatty in line. Mom would be proud.

Pops ended with my jam

Oh no they didn't! 

They ended with the theme song to Brazil! My all time fav movie. I joined the conga line and everything.

Seriously best night ever!!!!

Tonight we are seeing Pink Martini with the Columbus Orchestra in the park.

Color Run 2015

We were up early this morning. Met Tara and Dara at Starbucks, then we hit the highway. Columbus was our next stop.

We made our way to the starting point. Jer went on his own to take pics. 

I made it!

We all made it, even Dara at 7.5 months pregnant.

After cleaning up quickly in the parking garage we went to Oliver's to grab some grub! This place had great drinks and great food. Yum!

Jeremy and I are staying the night, and catching a concert too.

Camping out in July 4th

To celebrate the 4th we decided to camp out back. 

We put up the tent and stacked wood for a camp fire. 

While we waited for it get dark, we watched Independence Day. Love that movie!

Then it was fire time. 

And sparkler time.

July 3rd

Jeremy and I had Friday off. We went to Cincy nature center for a six mile hike. 

Here are some of the things we saw on the hike.

Happy birthday Debbie Harry

First time seeing Blondie and it is Debbie Harry's birthday! 

The only thing I remember from the fifth grade is the lyrics from Rapture! And she played it tonight. I'm in heaven. :)
