We stopped for lunch in Delaware, 1808 bistro. It is wonderful! Great beer list and great food.

It was a hard trek to buttermilk falls, but we made it.

We breaked for lunch at the Winking Lizard. 

Our next and last was The Ledges. OMG!!

I had a chance to sketch a bit while Jer was taking pictures. Teaching myself how to use my new Graphitint pencils. Still have a lot to learn

After Blue Hen falls, we drove to the north end of the park. First stop was grand falls.

It was beautiful, but hard to photograph. 

This area of Ohio really feels like the Pacific Northwest. Soon amazing.

Next stop was the bridal veil falls. This is one of my favs.

Saw a cicada coming out of its shell.

Jeremy and I were up at our regular time. Breakfast at 6:30am then it was off to our first adventure, Blue Hen falls. 

I had my coffee here. I wish I could start everyday like this.

I had a chance to stack a few rocks.

Dinner at The Office. The olives in Jeremy's martini were happy to be there. 

Across the street in the center of town were two amazing waterfalls. This place is amazing.

First stop Brandywine falls. 

Although it rained all day, we made the best of it.

We had lunch at the Winking Lizard. Great beer list. 

Next up wasted buckeye trail. 

A blue heron barked at us for getting to close. 

Cuyahoga national park - the drive there

We set off on our trip at 6:45am this morning. The weather was moody, just the way I like it. Not so good for the driver though. 

I tried to make this more entertaining for Jeremy with some car dancing. I know, dancing in the rain again! But I didn't have wedges on. BTW, we were listening to P.M. Dawn, baby you send me. 

I'm amazed at how beautiful Ohio is. 

Granny is 90!

I hope I look this good when I'm 90. Happy birthday Granny.
