We grilled fingerling potatoes and salmon on cedar planks tonight.
The smokey taste was amazing.
I was worried about grilling potatoes, but they were done in about 50min. And the flavor was worth it.
We paired it with grilled corn and a salad.
Great summer dinner on the patio.
