Great first day in LA

It was an early morning yesterday, 6:20 am flight. So I was up at 3:30am - ugh.

But it was a beautiful morning when the sun finally came up.

Our fist stop was going to be our fav taco stand, Casa Linda, but it's gone! :(

Can't tell you how sad that makes me. I've been looking forward to their fish tacos for the last 6 years. So the theme of this trip is CHANGE. 

We found a new place for lunch then hit the shops. It actually rained in LA. I think we brought it with us. 

So we stopped for coffee and tea.

If you are ever in the Venice beach area, make sure to hit Abbott-Kinney road. Tons of shops and cafes. 

There is a new pop up creative store, 5 points. Lots of hand made bags and notebooks, mostly supplies for creative endeavors. When they are fully up and running, they will have a 3D printing bar and classes. So cool.

It's 6am and I've been up for an hour and a half. Going to be a long day :)
